DESCRIPTION

The 2026 Prime Time RV Sanibel 38LAUNDRY is a new fifth wheel model featuring a dedicated laundry room/half bath, a rear kitchen, four slide-outs, and a front master suite. It is designed for extended stays and includes residential amenities and all-season construction features.


Interior Amenities

  • Laundry Room/Half Bath: A standout feature is the dedicated mid-coach half bath that includes prep for a stackable washer and dryer, allowing for laundry to be done on the go.

  • Kitchen: The rear kitchen features a u-shaped counter, a large 16 cu. ft. 12V French door refrigerator, a four-burner range, a 30" full-size microwave, and solid surface countertops.

  • Living Area: The spacious living room offers a large sectional sleeper sofa (with theater seating on one end in some models), a freestanding dinette with a desk, large LED Smart TVs, and a fireplace.

  • Master Suite: The front private bedroom includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a 40" TV, and an attached full bathroom with dual sinks and a one-piece fiberglass shower liner.

  • Additional Touches: The interior features real wood cabinet doors, carpet-less slide rooms for easy cleaning, blackout roller shades, and an illuminated lighting package.

  • Chassis: It includes a one-touch auto-leveling system and a Dexter E-Z FLEX rubberized suspension equalizer for smooth towing and easy setup.

  • Exterior Highlights: Features include high-gloss gel-coated fiberglass, Gold Solar Reflective Windows, an electric awning with LED lighting, a drop-frame pass-through storage area, and a useful Doggy D-Ring/bottle opener.
